Does Closing Apps Help?
Honest answer: On modern phones, it doesn't help much. Your phone manages apps automatically.
But it can help if:
- 📱 An app is frozen or acting strange
- 🔋 Your battery is draining fast
- 🐢 Your phone feels slow
On iPhone (With Face ID)
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen
- Pause in the middle (don't lift your finger right away)
- You'll see all your open apps as cards
- Swipe up on any app card to close it
- Press anywhere else to go back to home screen
On iPhone (With Home Button)
- Double-press the Home button quickly
- You'll see your open apps as cards
- Swipe up on any app to close it
- Press the Home button to go back
On Android
Method 1: Recent Apps Button
- Tap the square button (or swipe up and hold)
