Silver Support Hub SMS Scam Check

Program Description

Silver Support Hub sends SMS scam check results to subscribers who text in suspicious messages or screenshots for AI-powered fraud analysis. Replies include risk assessment and safety recommendations. Users also receive opt-out confirmations and service status messages.

How to Opt In

End users opt in by:

1. Creating an account at silversupporthub.com
2. Navigating to their dashboard
3. Entering their phone number in the SMS Scam Check section
4. Reviewing the opt-in disclosure (shown below)
5. Completing a one-time verification code sent via SMS

Only after successful phone verification can users send and receive SMS scam check messages. Consent is collected on a one-to-one basis and is not shared with third parties.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will receive one reply per scam check you submit, plus a welcome message upon phone verification. You may also receive compliance responses when you text STOP, START, or HELP.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Silver Support Hub does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to our number. You will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request, and no further messages will be sent.

Opting out of SMS deactivates SMS Scam Check but does not cancel your subscription or affect your web-based access to Silver Support Hub.

Re-Subscribe

To re-subscribe to SMS messages, text START to our number. For security, you must also re-verify your phone number on your dashboard to reactivate SMS Scam Check.

For help, text HELP to our number. You will receive a brief description of the service and how to opt out. You can also contact us at support@silversupporthub.com or visit our website at silversupporthub.com.

Supported Carriers

SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Most major U.S. carriers are supported. If you do not receive a reply, you may use the web-based Scam Check on your dashboard as an alternative.

Privacy & Data Sharing

No mobile information collected as part of the SMS opt-in process — including your phone number and opt-in consent — will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

Content you submit via SMS (text messages and screenshots) is sent to our AI provider for real-time scam analysis and is not stored by Silver Support Hub after the analysis is complete. Only the safety rating (risk level, scam category, and confidence score) is recorded.

• Scam Check (HIGH RISK): "Silver Support Hub Scam Check Result: HIGH RISK. This message shows signs of a phishing scam. Do not click any links or share personal information. For more details visit our website. Reply STOP to opt out."
• Scam Check (LOW RISK): "Silver Support Hub Scam Check Result: LOW RISK. This message appears to be legitimate. Stay cautious with any requests for personal information. Reply STOP to opt out."
