Don't panic! Try these fixes.
First: Check the Basics 🔋
1. Is battery completely dead?
- Plug into charger
- Wait 15-30 minutes
- Try turning on again
2. Is charger working?
- Try different outlet
- Try different cable
- Check for frayed wires
- Look for charging indicator light/icon
3. Is charging port clean?
- Lint/dust can block connection
- Gently clean with toothpick (GENTLY!)
- Blow into port
Force Restart (Most Common Fix!) 🔄
This fixes 80% of "won't turn on" problems!
iPhone 8 or newer:
- Press Volume UP, release quickly
- Press Volume DOWN, release quickly
- Press and HOLD Side button
- Keep holding 10-15 seconds
- Apple logo appears? Success!
iPhone 7:
- Press and hold Volume DOWN + Side button together
- Keep holding 10-15 seconds
- Apple logo appears? Success!
Android (most phones):
- Press and hold Power + Volume DOWN together
- Keep holding 10-15 seconds
