Can't hear people on phone calls? Here's how to fix it!
Check the Basics First ✅
Is volume turned up? 🔊
During a phone call:
- Press volume UP button on side
- Make sure it's at maximum
- Look at screen - volume bars should be full
Is phone on silent mode? 🔕
Check side of phone:
- iPhone: Orange switch? Flip it!
- Android: Volume up to unmute
Is speaker blocked? 📱
- Wipe top speaker with clean cloth
- Remove phone case
- Check for dirt or dust
Fix #1: Clean the Speaker 🧹
Dirt blocks sound!
How to clean:
- Get soft toothbrush (new, dry)
- Gently brush top speaker
- Gently brush bottom speaker
- Use toothpick VERY gently for holes
- Blow gently
Don't push hard! Be gentle!
Fix #2: Turn OFF Bluetooth 📡
Sound might go to Bluetooth device!
Quick way:
- Swipe down from top
- Turn OFF Bluetooth
- Try call again
Settings way:
- Settings > Bluetooth > OFF
Fix #3: Restart Phone 🔄

iPhone: Hold side + volume, slide off, wait 30 sec

- Call different person
