Can't hear people on phone calls? Here's how to fix it!

Check the Basics First โœ…

Is volume turned up? ๐Ÿ”Š

During a phone call:

  1. Press volume UP button on side
  2. Make sure it's at maximum
  3. Look at screen - volume bars should be full

Is phone on silent mode? ๐Ÿ”•

Check side of phone:

  • iPhone: Orange switch? Flip it!
  • Android: Volume up to unmute

  • Wipe top speaker with clean cloth
  • Remove phone case

Dirt blocks sound!

How to clean:

  1. Get soft toothbrush (new, dry)
  2. Gently brush top speaker
  3. Gently brush bottom speaker
  4. Use toothpick VERY gently for holes
  5. Blow gently

Don't push hard! Be gentle!

Fix #2: Turn OFF Bluetooth ๐Ÿ“ก

Sound might go to Bluetooth device!

Quick way:

  • Swipe down from top
  • Turn OFF Bluetooth
