On Zoom
π₯οΈ
From Computer:
- Join or start a Zoom call
- Click Share Screen (green button at bottom)
- Select what to share (your whole screen or specific window)
- Click Share
- Click Stop Share (red button) when done
From Phone/Tablet:
- Tap Share at the bottom
- Tap Screen
- Tap Start Broadcast
- To stop, tap the red bar at top and tap Stop
On FaceTime
- During a FaceTime call, tap the screen
- Tap Share Screen button (rectangle with person)
- Tap Share My Screen
- Everything on your screen is now visible
- Tap Stop Sharing when done
On Google Meet
- Click Present now at the bottom
- Choose Your entire screen or A window
- Click Share
- Click Stop sharing when done

Remember - they can see EVERYTHING on your screen!

- You're still on video - They can see you AND your screen
- Sound may not share - Videos you play might not have audio
- It uses more battery - Keep your device plugged in if possible
