On Zoom

πŸ–₯️

From Computer:

  1. Join or start a Zoom call
  2. Click Share Screen (green button at bottom)
  3. Select what to share (your whole screen or specific window)
  4. Click Share
  5. Click Stop Share (red button) when done

From Phone/Tablet:

  1. Tap Share at the bottom
  2. Tap Screen
  3. Tap Start Broadcast
  4. To stop, tap the red bar at top and tap Stop

On FaceTime

  1. During a FaceTime call, tap the screen
  2. Tap Share Screen button (rectangle with person)
  3. Tap Share My Screen
  4. Everything on your screen is now visible
  5. Tap Stop Sharing when done

On Google Meet

  1. Click Present now at the bottom
  2. Choose Your entire screen or A window
  3. Click Share
  4. Click Stop sharing when done

Remember - they can see EVERYTHING on your screen!

  • βœ… Close any private messages
  • βœ… Have what you want to show ready

⚠️ Good to Know

  • You're still on video - They can see you AND your screen
  • Sound may not share - Videos you play might not have audio
  • It uses more battery - Keep your device plugged in if possible
