Installing Zoom 📱
iPhone:
- Open App Store
- Search "Zoom"
- Look for "ZOOM Cloud Meetings"
- Tap Get
- Enter Apple ID password if asked
Android:
- Open Google Play Store
- Search "Zoom"
- Tap "ZOOM Cloud Meetings"
- Tap Install
Joining a Meeting (You Have a Link) 🔗
Most common way:
- Someone sends you a Zoom link
- Tap the link in your email/text
- It opens Zoom app
- Tap Join Meeting
- Type your name
- Tap Join
- Allow camera and microphone when asked
Joining a Meeting (You Have a Code) 🔢
- Open Zoom app
- Tap Join a Meeting
- Enter the Meeting ID (9-11 digit number)
- Type your name
- Tap Join
- Enter Password if required
During the Meeting 🎥
Bottom controls:
- 🎤 Mute/Unmute - Turn microphone off/on
- 📹 Start/Stop Video - Turn camera off/on
- 👥 Participants - See who's in meeting
- 💬 Chat - Send messages
- ❌ Leave - Exit the meeting

Mute yourself:
- Tap microphone icon
- Red line = muted
- Tap again to unmute

- Switches front/back

Can't hear anyone?
- Check volume
- Tap Audio at bottom-left
- Make sure "Call via Device Audio" is selected
They can't hear you?
- Make sure you're unmuted
- Check microphone isn't covered
- Allow microphone permissions
Video not working?
- Tap camera icon to enable
- Allow camera permissions in Settings
- Try closing and reopening app
Ending the Meeting 🚪
- Tap Leave (bottom-right)
- Tap Leave Meeting
- Close the app

- Only join meetings from people you know
- Don't share meeting IDs publicly
- You can leave any time
